AZ clearances it back in the fall. There’s some left but there’s no rebate if used at autozone. There’s a $10 per jug rebate through shell that works at TSC.
With TSC credit card, 5% back, and $10 rebate per jug. They are free.
Well I guess nobody thought of this.
Went to autozone and got the last 5 jugs of RGT for $10 ea and then went to tractor supply and had them price match for $10 a jug. Nothing like getting oil for just the taxes ($0.60 per jug)

Thats compared to Mac, Snap on, and Vidmar's though.
For what it’s worth and dealing the the regional rep for the east coast, the original dealings with apex with Armstrong were to consolidate multiple factory’s in the US into one location. I believe SC is one but there were others (Texas?). They tried to forecast sales and make enough tools to...

As to customers...
Engine,
I also work for Fastenal. They usually publish them quarterly - just always keep an eye on the website, as that is the best way to find clearance items. They can be narrowed down by clearance. August is one of the best months for tool discounts.
While we are on the topic of clearance...
