Do you have old dull files? If so, soak them in sulfuric acid for a few days and the acid will remove an even amount metal and sharpen the edges. Works well for a few times. red

Just found and read your Devco restoration. I too, like the stock look! Can't offer any metal working advice but I would recommend that you use a product called LizardSkin for your sound deadening and insulation on the inside walls and roof. I've used it and the difference is night and day...
