My eves are 12 foot. I didn't go higher just for the fact of more volume to heat and cool. I just tied into my existing house panel for my power. My property is zoned agricultural too. It wouldn't hurt to ask your growth management department in your area what their guidelines are for...
Some sealer called diamond gold or something like that. It was recommended by other folks on the forum. It's holding up OK but its in no way shiny. I have no dust issues though.

It kinda just depends on what you put in it. I did everything myself so my labor was free. I bought all my lights off of eBay for a couple hundred dollars. If I was to guess on what I had in electric it would be $1500-2000. I got a lot of wire for free from my cousin who's an electrician. I had...
Here is my build thread. I did a 40 x 80 metal building and I am happy with it.

The cheap manual tire changers will scratch all the rims. The bead breaker is about the only good thing on the whole piece. I've changed probably 100 race car tires and rims with the one I had and it was always a pain in the ***. I finally gave up and bought a rim clamp tire machine. This manual...
I don't remember the brand of the counter top but Corian is just the brand. Really the only thing that is relevant is that it is a solid surface counter top. Go look at solidsurface dot com. They have all the correct info you need to do the job. It really is a simple process.

Do what the other folks said on here. Get on the net and find the correct color epoxy made for solid surface. Looks at solidsurface dot com. They have everything you need. You will need a special epoxy gun to dispense the epoxy from the tube. Most have a 10:1 mix ratio.
Solid surface counter...

I need to do some boring on a gear. I bought some 1/2" round shank boring bars but my lathe only has the square tool holder setup. Is there some sort of adapter I can buy the can hold the round bar in the...
Does anybody know the actual max height capacity of the harbor freight 7x12 bandsaw. The specifications state 7" height but I went into the store the other day and measures the distance between the bed and the throat opening and it was close to 8 inches. I need to cut some aluminum extrusions...
Look at my post on the ac I did in my shop. It can give you a start if you want to install the 5 ton heat pump.

I recently had to replace the a coil in my house unit. I bought the replacement coil online, bought a 30 lb cylinder of 410a off of eBay and a set of gauges to go with it. Had the vacuum pump already so that wasn't needed. I used argon instead of nitrogen to purge the system while brazing the...
It's really hard to say with my install. All my electricity is tied into one meter for the house and shop. I built my house with insulated concrete form construction so the house is pretty efficient itself and my power bill averages around 140$ for a 3000 sqft house. With me installing the ac...
I made a filter box holder from aluminum. It was just an open box with a 2x4 opening that had a round flange on the backside to connect the short piece of return duct. I purchased 2 off the shelf 2x2 filter grills what had filter holders in them. They sit side by side.
