Thanks for the info. Looking at the Hypertherm they are out of my reach new. I've been looking around for used hopefully something will pop up. I also looked at Eastwood's Versa Cut. It's gotten really good reviews and is a really affordable unit. Anyone have experience with these?

    LED worklights

I bought two of the HF ones and I'm going to get one bigger one kinda like Machine punk posted. I have 2 headlamps but like stated sometimes you need the light coming from a different angle plus sometimes when under my lift I need the light for an area and not a specific view. This is all just...

    LED worklights

BlueChevy, I was just looking at those at HF today but shied away from them due to price and the store I was in. I was afraid they would be horrible. I guess I'll go pick up a few of them. Dustball, thanks for the link, the size kinda concerns me, do you have issues getting it in places under...

    LED worklights

I've done some searching but haven't come up with what I'm looking for. I want one or two GOOD LED worklights. Something handheld or with a magnet that I can use when under a car on my lift. I'd like the magnetic part so I can stick it to the lift or the car. What do you guys have or have used...

    Tool Organizers...

This is what I was using but they took up so much room. So I bought these I don't have a picture of the old ones but I couldn't even keep my rachets straight with them now I have all kinds of room and more sockets in the same drawer.

    soldering iron...what's a good one?

10-4 I got ya, the last one I bought has a trigger so it only gets hot when using it but it is on for awhile to get the solder hot enough to melt. I'll you tube some videos and pick up some weller products. I think I'll try the butane one as well. Thanks:thumbup:

    soldering iron...what's a good one?

They quit working while being used not stored if that's what you meant by "period of time without using them". They will wear out over the period of a week of soldering off and on after work. I don't "tin" them, I don't know what that means. How do I do that? I'm going to check out the Weller...

    soldering iron...what's a good one?

I've had the worse luck with soldering irons. What is a good brand to buy and what upkeep is needed for it to work good? My last one was from Harbor Frieght and it would only do a handfull of wires untill it just wouldn't melt the solder. If you changed the tip it would work for a few more and...
