I am not richfinn, but I have that ThinkScan 689BT scantool. It is a good scan tool. It has some functions that my Snap ON's do not have. And there are some things Snap On does better, like graphing.
I recommend this tool, not as O.E. equivelant, but as an aftermarket scantool.
On a Honda vehicle, check service information for the order to bleed each wheel. Conventional way is RR, LR, RF, LF. My Honda Pilot gives instructions to do an order different from that.

You are right about front bearings quieting down on turns, typically, as you said, but wouldn't a LH turn and it quieting down be a LH bearing, most of the time? You would be transfering weight to the RH, taking the weight off the LH side.
