First of all, there is no need to talk down to me - I know what etching means. Let me clarify my original response. I felt recesses in the ruler with my fingernail, meaning the numbering appeared to be below the surface of the ruler. I'll check mine again, but I stand by my original...

They are not deep enough to be captured in a photo. Trust me, they are etched - you can feel the etching with your fingernail.

I received my Bora items today (the 8" multi-angle square and the combo square). Both are high quality and etched.

It all depends on how much you value the L-Boxxes. The drill in that link is identical to the lightning deal combo. I purchased the impact driver separately with the proper L-Boxx insert for $80 from Amazon, and it's sitting in the L-Boxx with my drill.

I'm in San Francisco - It's likely cost prohibitive to ship - I imagine FedEx or UPS would want at least $100 to ship it. I'd happily take a 2-3 hour road trip to pick one up.

Would they ship them? I'm trying to find a 7-drawer to match my 13-drawer with no luck. Nevermind - called a store and they won't ship open box :(
