Excellent condition except for paint chips and metal patina. No dents, drill marks, dings. Just downsizing.

Buddy told me I could have it if I could fix it, opened it up, piston looks new, but gun won't fire.
Traced it down to the trigger is not hitting the plunger. When I remove the trigger assembly and manual push the plunger she fires just fine.

Really shouldn't use a vise as an anvil but sounds like you are doing jewelry so I doubt you'll crack it. Sure, you can polish it just like any piece of steel, successively going down in grit until as smooth as you need. But you have to figure what your time is worth....
I've never used a machine with a soap dispenser, the manual says to only use special soaps.
Any recommendations for a soap to use for washing cars? I don't suppose I can just use the Gliptone PH neutral Wasg n' Glow I use now?
