I like a 1/4" breaker (i use a sliding t bar type) for holding fasteners when working blind, usually with hardware that is on the longer side, where the nut or the head of the bolt will spin once loose enough to pass thru a box end wrench. Also great for tap sockets.

There's air hose reels and a media blast cabinet in the side room (visible in the third pic), so the compressor is a given; in a place like that the air compressor likely has its own space. The owner obviously likes a "sterile" enviroment, so who knows whats stored out of site.
