FYI, chat sales rep at ProLighting said the GARAGEJOURNAL code has been discontinued.

Here is a video of the compressor running: It is a new unit, it has the correct amount and type of oil, the unit is level, nuts and bolts are tight. Other than the knocking noise the unit seems to be working ok. Any ideas on if the knocking noise is normal? Thanks
