Ordered the Metal Magery inserts after talking to my 3D Printing guy at work and determining that was a less practical option. They came in today and appear to be near exact copies of the Blue Point inserts....so that worked out.

My coworkers are 350+ lbs and DGAF about some tooling. The pins were sheared off and laying inside the cavity at the rear of the vise, so I simply unthreaded the vise nut/casing nut assembly and drove the remaining pin portions out from the outside.

As of this time, I haven't uncovered any areas that need weld/braze repair (aside from the swivel base, which I'm scrapping and do not plan to replace). I have been looking around for a main nut and lead screw. Thanks for the advice.

Yes, the main nut is the main problem. I'm not a machinist and don't have any hook-ups, so finding a used replacement nut would be the only way I can move forward...would very much like to find a lead screw as well. I may go ahead and grind out the weld holding the nut in (not supposed to be...

Gotta have replacement parts in this case...if it was as simple as a clean, lube, and paint, I wouldn't be asking for any advice.
