    Recessed Lighting Question

I'm getting ready to install recessed lighting in my garage and my initial layout plan is not going to work as it will land on the truss supports. So my garage is 261" deep x 257" wide and my original plan was to do 4 rows of 4 lights. My new idea is to center the lights on the trusses and go to...

Best and most cost efficient alarm systems?

I live in the country and went with Vivint. Not sure if they area available in Georgia. We like it mostly because of the fire alarms, but also because we can check if we locked the doors before we left. Eventually when the kids get older we will add the camera system.

For the price I think you are correct that upgrading to the PK6060V is the best option and should be a huge improvement over my PK5020VP. If you don't mind me...

    Compressor Motor Upgrade Question

I have a Puma PK5020VP that is a 2-HP and rated for 5 cfm @ 90 psi. After some research it looks like the PUMA PK6060V which is a 3-HP and rated for 12 cfm @ 90 psi has the same pump. So, the question is could I swap the 2-HP motor for the 3-HP motor and move up to 12 cfm @ 90 psi? Thanks.

    'Hidden' gun safes?

When I had an alarm system installed in my house (mostly for the smoke detectors), I had them install a motion sensor and smoke detector in my garage. Then I had it configured so it is active in both the Home and Away modes.
