Yes I have. I've done everything I can think of (and read) to this thing all to no avail. I'm sure the ram seals are shot on it but I'd rather buy a kit for it and do everything all at once.

I bought this old jack from some one who just wanted it gone, figured it was $5 why not! Got it to the shop and found out why he wanted it gone. It doesn't work. No lift no nothing! Figured the plunger seal was shot so I went to the hardware store got a seal (really tight fit) and it still...
