I'm a fan of rolling ang brushing exterior trim enamel semi gloss. Ben Moore soft gloss is the best. If done right with correct tools they will have the look of a sprayed cabinet.

thanks bull. Just looken to save the old building. Nothing fancy. Just stabilize it and fix the sinking and rotten wood. Its on property across the street. If it comes down i dont think it can be replaced since it is the only building on lot. The building gets flooded from time to time due...

Have a 16 x 32 detatched in need of repair. The building was built on dirt with slab pored inside. The walls are sinking. What is the best way to fix . The building was built in the 50's. Sill plates are rotten. Was thinking about just reframing builging right on slab. any suggestions?
