    Contractors vs. hybrid tablesaw

I had the Bosch 4100 but gave it to a friend after I moved across the country. It's a great job site table saw. The dust collection is alright. I had no problems ripping 16 ft boards to size. I struggled a little with whole sheets of 3/4" plywood. Not because its underpowered or it isn't a...

    Proto 716s 16" Adjustable Wrench

I found this adjustable at a flea market for $20 and bought it with full intent on using it as a work wrench. But before I go mar an otherwise good condition wrench I figure I'd check to see if it should be a wall hanger instead. It says 16in Proto Professional on one side. No idea what the...

Ryobi 1600 psi electric pressure washer (very small and portable) $80 at HD

Re: ENDS SUNDAY - Ryobi 1600 psi electric pressure washer (small and portable) $80 at Thanks OP. Got one and it works very nicely for small jobs. I really like how compact everything is. I've had other electric pressure washers before and they are always in the way when stored. This one sits...

    Advice on a 24" Breaker

The Truck Tool Equivalents Thread - Gathering Data

Does anyone have a source for the Bahco ratchets? I see them on Amazon but the picture is wrong and I'm not sure I trust it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Gearwrench pass-thru worth it?

Boats and boat trailers. Seems that everything, except for the engine, is always on a bolt that's way too long and a light bit of corrosion is along the entire length of it. Saves a bunch of time and acts as my spare set of sockets that live in the truck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    'Adequate' combination wrenches?

If your gonna spend $200 bucks for a set you might as well get the wrights. For a cheaper beater set I like Gearwrench but I recently got a set of Tektons for my girlfriends vehicle and they are really damn nice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Diagonal cutters

I highly suggest the 10" angled knipex paired with a regular 6" dykes for maximum versatility. The angled can pry nails and staples while still reaching into stuff. I see no need for the 8" dykes unless you got wear a tool belt and have to compromise for weight reasons. Even then I'd get an...

    Jigsaws Bosch vs Ryobi

I bought the Bosch for a project that required cutting 3/16" aluminum plates. Worked very well. For the odd jobs around the house it's overkill but I'm okay with that. It'll serve my needs until I die. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    sawzall blade for drywall?

I tried cutting a small piece of drywall once with a table saw. it was like a cartoon ninja came and threw a smoke bomb by my feet. I saw nothing but a wall of white and coughed for 5 minutes straight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
