Wood workbench with metal brackets and stain

I found this thread by just "goggling" for plans to extend my work space/bench in my garage/shop. I was going to log into www.garagejournal.com to see what was posted here anyway. ......anyway, a great thread and bench you've accomplished. The design is just what I want, so I can actually sit...

    36 X 40 Attached garage build.

I've read through both your orig. thread and now your build thread. I was on the same pg. as a lot of guys were, in thinking you might have made a mistake selling and moving in to her house. Then I thought, you must have your "profit" or equity you got out of your house that you could always...

    Vintage Garage Auction

The weather was crappy that's for sure. It doesn't usually snow this time of year. I left the auction before they got to all the old 78's. They were in the back part of the shop when I left. I was chilled to the bone. Glad you had a good time just the same.

    Vintage Garage Auction

Well did anyone go to the auction??? I did. Not as many people there as I thought there were going to be. It was a crappy day weather wise. It was "pouring cat's and dogs" and then the rain turned to snow. The shop, although it was a nice size to have and work in, it was set up with tables with...

    Vintage Garage Auction

Good point Mr. X I'm sure depending on how much advertising has been done on this upcoming auction, that there will be collector's/people down just to get a specific "Coke" or Lionel train piece. I also wonder how the things will be auctioned off. It would take them a month of Sunday's to go...

    Vintage Garage Auction

All I have to say is WOW !!! What a collection. It sounds/looks as though there might be a few "Garage Journal" members/people there on the weekend. I think for nothing else I'd like to be in the place and actually seeing the items. So I think I'll be heading over the boarder to have a look see...

Ideas for building a shed to make a kitchen in

I don't mean to rain on your parade in the slightest Kari,... but this might help with your choices of what to build/buy for "a building". I almost went into production making beef jerky, sausage etc from my home a while back but found "food safe" restrictions were a big stumbling block. It had...
