Thats sounds like its a possibility. The ends don't meet and I think at one time they were sharper. We were thinking for some kind of leather working or something like that. Could be a home made tool. TY

No I don't think so it too small for that. Its like a plier size tool.

I got this tool from a guy that was cleaning out some old people's garages and he came across this tool and for the life of me and everyone I asked we can't seem to figure out what its used for.
