So, I don’t know much about neutral/ground bonding panel to panel, but what would be the negative effects of this? It would only be used periodically when the power is out for a brief period. What are the hazards?

Was there a solution to the neutral bonding issue? I would like to provide power from my genset to my neighbor if possible.

I had the same problem. I cleaned the brand new flame sensor with scotch bright, and added a T style exhaust outlet and that has fixed the problem.

The vent caps I have came from amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08B57PS1B/?tag=atomicindus04-20 I am in Canada, so yours are probably a lot cheaper. I have tried a 90 degree elbow as well as orienting the tee in a vertical position. Neither worked as well as the end caps.
