pbon, can you give us some more information about the 13” extension kit you bought for the Bendpak RJ45 from SVI? I looked on their website but was only able to find a 10” extension kit for the Challenger RJ4.5 rolling jack (part number BH-7231-46). Do they sell 4”, 8” and 13” extension kits...

The attached pictures show the measurements of the columns/base plates for my HD-9XW. The columns are 6"L X 5"W. The base plates are 12"L X 10"W. The open part of the column is towards the inside of the lift.

I bought a set of ramp locks in July 2017 and they still cause the ramps to droop lower than the crosstubes (<- lower than runways) by a few inches when installed. To address this issue, I placed wood of proper thickness between the crosstube and ramp locks to raise the ramps to the desired...
