    Floor coatings and gravel

Closing on a new house tomorrow and I have a couple of weeks before the big move in. I've got 1000sqft garage (about 200sqft is walled off for a workout room and will get horse stall mats.) I've got a 1200sqft shop that I'll be dealing with later so the garage will not get any heavy work done...

How do you guys twist 4 wires together ?

Nthing lever wagos. I'm just a home owner, but I've cleaned up a lot of bad wiring in the older homes I've lived int. The convenience is worth the expense and they are a life saver when the last guy only left 2" of wire in the box.

    Costco Totes

The HD totes are taller, slightly narrower and more draft. ***** when you build a shelf around the costco totes as they are only available intermittently.

Yes, that's it. Thanks KANSASBOY I can't believe that I didn't see the track bracket in the down position when I looked before.

What's this thing on my garage door?

This is the top of my garage door in the up position. I can't really see what purpose the bit that hangs down serves. If it's not doing anything I was going to hack it off at the weld.

    Patching coax holes in siding

We're going to be getting the exterior of our house painted soon and the previous owners have coax run all over the place. I'm going to pull it down but I'm not sure what the right thing to fill the holes with is. I'm talking about the screw holes from any clamps and where the cable is run...

have primary 200a panel in Garage, want a sub panel for garage

It's pretty common to have more circuits that the total. As an example if you have electric heat and AC, you wont be running them at the same time.

When a ladder doesn't really fit

Only you can really judge what's safe for you and what the falling risk are but here's an idea. Get some ubolts and bolt the ladder to a 2x4, screw or lag 2x4 to wall.

Have a couple of the DataVac ones at work, I'm impressed. They have an ESD safe model for a few dollars more.
