Thanks, that might be it.. Only difference is, his"comfort"grip is black, but they may have just changed it. Any experience with this brand/tool on what kind of quality? , I'm assuming there's no lifetime warranty for that price

A guy at my families shop hashas a pair of combination pliers between 18 and 19" long with black grips that go almost all the way from the end to the head and then has red rings (about 1/4 -1/2 inch around) at the end of the black grip.. no name or model number printed on, and he can't recall...
