18 or 19" lineman/combination pliers

A guy at my families shop hashas a pair of combination pliers between 18 and 19" long with black grips that go almost all the way from the end to the head and then has red rings (about 1/4 -1/2 inch around) at the end of the black grip.. no name or model number printed on, and he can't recall where he got them... Anyone know?

Thanks, that might be it.. Only difference is, his"comfort"grip is black, but they may have just changed it. Any experience with this brand/tool on what kind of quality? , I'm assuming there's no lifetime warranty for that price
