Did you ever get you problem solved? I have a Big Maxxx heater and there is no place to ground it out. It's been working just fine tell this weekend now I can't get it to come on, been posting here and there an contacted the service people but they haven't gotten back to me yet.

The LED light is flashing 3 times, the exhaust fan doesn't kick in an the hose from the fan is clear. Last week I would have to flip the power on an off a couple of time before it would start up an purge the vent before starting.

Check out Mr. Heater i have one in my garage and it works well it's a 3 car deal. But with any heater it must be maintained, that Y i am fixing mine now I didn't do the yearly maintains, But it's a darn nice heater.
