The cutting wheel will also flex as it cuts, try finding a thicker blade and it will keep it a little cleaner on the cuts. The blades also like to push out towards the bottom of the cut.

That is not asphalt you are tracking in, the roads were more than likely "chip sealed" where they use oil and gravel to resurface the roads and it is the oil you are tracking in. Use an old mop and some diesel and wipe it down and it will clean up great and the diesel will evaporate.
