I too have a 24' X 28' and mine is lit well with the following Rod 4 T8 8' 2bulb 2 ceramic fixtures with 65 watt CFL's 2 150 watt outdoor fixtures halagon lights mounted on the wall, I can aim them under the hood or point them down the side of the car.
