Tool to prototype roll cages in PVC and measure the whole thing!

Thanks Old tool guy! What really blew my mind about these is how quick it was to assemble, the only tool in your hand for the PVC building is cutters. Not even a screwdriver needed!

Tool to prototype roll cages in PVC and measure the whole thing!

Introducing the Prototractor - the easiest way to build a roll cage and plan your bends. Use PVC pipe to create your tubing layout with little cost (or time), and then bend your tube with no waste! Even better, these measure rotation between bends accurately! These tools are patent pending and...

    Rogue's 1972 BMW 2002 resto-mod build - modern suspension and 400+HP turbo swap

Here is a wild sight (for me at least). 2 **** calipers on one big 336mm rear rotor!

Here is a close up of the beautiful blend of parts that make up most of the brake system. 2018 Camaro SS calipers and 2006 Z51 Corvette rotors.

    Rogue's 1972 BMW 2002 resto-mod build - modern suspension and 400+HP turbo swap

Holy cow! Yes a few more bucks. Thay looks scary (but fun). That thing is soooooo tall. I guess that's the style though. And gets the oil pan off the pavement.

    Rogue's 1972 BMW 2002 resto-mod build - modern suspension and 400+HP turbo swap

Here is a mid-process photo of the rear 4 piston brembo caliper and E90 rotor. You can see how much greater the bolt spacing is on the Camaro SS caliper compared to the 2001 BMW 325i (e46) mounting ears. I'm glad there isn't a big increase in distance from axle centerline... that would have...

Roll bend tubing with no tubing roller - video

We had a few questions about this process, like if it will work on other brands of tube benders. In most cases - yes, it will :)

    Rogue's 1972 BMW 2002 resto-mod build - modern suspension and 400+HP turbo swap

And we installed giant mononlock brakes (with bigger rotors than the OEM wheels). We did it for SUPER CHEAP, too! Check out all the details in episode 5 now :)

Roll bend tubing with no tubing roller - video

Hey everyone. We just made a video that should help a lot of you guys and gals out int he garage. We used the tubing bender we make (regular rotary draw type) to bump bend, which comes out looking just like a rolled bend. This saves a ton of money (no expensive roller needed), space (no storing...

    Rogue's 1972 BMW 2002 resto-mod build - modern suspension and 400+HP turbo swap

Hopefully you guys like some thrifty race car fabrication. This car wasn't numbers matching and would have cost a small fortune to properly restore. Being a non Tii (more rare and valuable than our base model)... we decided to go resto-mod! We're going to put a 400+ HP inline 6 into a little...

    Tube Bending Projects (video)

We came out with another video. This one isn't about projects, but it does finally go into nice detail about our pressure roller die option and a few other things you can configure on our machines. This video answers probably every one of the most common questions we get!
