Reading thru this thread, it seems like the biggest issue for some is that if Sears goes under, the Craftsman brand goes under as well and folks who bought tools are left with no warranty. It won't be the first time the consumer has been left holding the bag. My concern is losing the brand and...

Looks like a decent saw, fence looks good, but used. Overall looks sturdy. How's the motor? What's the rip capacity? How old? I'd offer $200-$300?
