So there is no way to get a smooth, consistent metallic finish?

Is it possible to use Rock Solid on a garage floor and have the metallic look, but without the lighter "swirl" marks? I think I want a metallic look, but with consistent coloration. Also, where can I find pictures of other types of flakes and how to obtain them?
