    check out my carriage doors!

Awesome job man! What ingenuity! One critique though (not the doors)....get some gutters and downspouts. Don't want to ruin that nice cedar siding. Don't want your doors to start rusting or the sheething to start pulling away from the frame.

    How much concrete

That sounds a little on the small side to me, however, you do consider the soil bearing capacity when sizing footers. If you're on bedrock or your soil is very dense and stable clay, you don't need as large a footer. Where are you located?

    level slab?

Around here in AR, typically, garage slabs are only sloped starting a few feet in from the door which creates a curb at the side. I don't really like the curb, it makes that space hard to use if putting shelves and such there. But the middle to the back is pretty level. I've spilt plenty of...

    Free Plans

Lowes and HD as well as chain bookstores all have garage plans books as well as How to build a garage type books. Typically they are not expensive, $15-$20. If you are handy and have any construction experience, you should be able to build from your own design. If you are looking for...

Need help and Ideas in adding on garage!

Side parking plus the garage addition will depend on your setback. Do you know if you can get approval from your local jurisdiction to even expand your garage? Considering your lot drainage situation, your unfamiliarity with planning/setback and all that, I would suggest finding an architect...

    Building new workbench/cabinets

Looks good. I'm curious though, on the right section, is there support underneath? Just from the picture, it appears as though that section might sag.
