Well i have a lot of rock and it would be at least 800 ft from the pole to the site.

From what i researched under ground can be 5 times more then above.

I am in Jefferson county WV . I wasn't sure if there was a baseline cost overall

Now I have my building location figured out I am working on all of the costs to convert the loan for construction. Wanted to see if anyone here has some rough costs for running 3 phase to the building location. I guess i am about 800 feet from the pole on the road to the building site. Any help...

Thanks I have some Prices from a few pole barn builders so far. Big thing now is for me to try and figure out all other costs to complete the whole project from start to finish.

thanks, do they do pole barns or just frame buildings? they would be close to me.

The pole barn places really just do the building and nothing else. We have to grade the site, concrete the slab after they are done etc.

I would like a list of everything that I will need to do or have done. I am not a builder so with a list I can get prices for everything. I have a rough idea but I am sure that I would be missing a few things that need to be included in the cost and build.

The bank needs a breakdown of each item and the cost I think for the loan. For example grading $5000, electric $3000 etc. I also would like this for a budget on what it is going to cost and if I need to make changes or not.

thanks guys for the input. I really am looking for what everyone thinks is better. pole barn or metal frame buildings. I know people have a preference but any input would be great.

I have not looked into builders but it is a pretty big area so i assume so. As for the lot it is pretty rocky and that is something i did not think about but wouldn't that be an issue for the pole barn builder?
