I put 1" pex in my shop over a year ago and I don't have a leak or a regret. I ran the pex in the walls and pitched it back to the compressor. Best of luck! Ryan
Began building last year when I was 32. The shop is 32x44, 2 stories with 2400ft^2. I just finished insulating and drywalling over the summer. Now it's time to work in it, not on it.
I bought a 6hp 80 gallon Snap-on Big Red Air compressor (BRA618V) a couple years ago and just got around to cleaning it up and am close to getting it running. Does anyone happen to have a manual or know where I can find one. Snap-on's website was useless. Thanks, Ryan

It appears to have a higher weight capacity than the red top chest. Wondering if it's equal or better in quality than the red top box.
When I was a just a kid I would work on bicycles. I threw some powder coated handle bars in the backyard fire-pit to remove the paint...worked great. When I tried the same thing with the aluminum bar stem clamp the part "vanished".
I've had one for a few years...built like a tank so it's very heavy. The plastic lid does not get brittle in the cold like other cheaper cans. I may have to check out the local HD.
I applied EpoxyCoat last year over concrete with fiber like you're describing. Christine is right, I used this (http://www.harborfreight.com/propane-torch-91033.html) hooked to a 20lb cylinder of propane. I went over the floor multiple times and it worked like a charm.
I've restored a few of these badges for some toolboxes that are awaiting restoration. The first step is to clean/strip the old paint and oxidation from the badge. Next I use gloss black lacquer and paint the entire badge and allow to dry. Then I use a foam nail file and gently sand the raised...
