I went out and grabbed a soil test kit. Which in my opinion came out much better than I was expecting. The test chart pH levels at 7 from what I read bermuda likes 6.5-8 best. Low nitrogen need to apply some fertilizer. Low phosphorus. High potassium. I'm glad I did this test...

I thought the same thing...went and asked nope not a problem just need access inside the boxes. About 4 others on my block set up the same way.

I hired most of the concrete work out the right side had to be built up over a foot. I was going to do all the dirt and concrete myself but this company quoted me only about $100 more than I could have done it myself for! My time is worth more than $100.

I found a 5 drawer chest a year or so back marked down to $30.03 said do not sell until 8/30 it's was early July, took it to the checkout and walked out the door with it. So not sure what the deal is with that stuff.

Concrete is ready to be poured! Backyard all cleaned up I can see the light at the end of the tunnel finally! And my wallet is feeling a lot lighter after all this! Some other news sounds like I will be headed to Switzerland middle of August for job training. So who knows when I will...

Surprisingly all of the cleaerence deals I found on the computer were on the clearence shelf. The nailer was the only worth picking up today. The husky 1/2" air impact was also on sale for $60.06.

Headed to a store about 45 minutes away...they had a bumch of .50 nails but I have no use for them and no where to store them other than that just a couple thing still at the .00 or .06 price to keep an eye on.

Went on a hunt of my own today not much was a 34 piece combo wrench set for 34.99 from 99.99 but sold out. Porter cable pancake compressor for 99.99 from 169.99 and a kobalt 1/2" drill for 64.99 from 99.99. Didn't pull the trigger on any of them.
