I use an actual 3/4" hole saw, not 3/4 trade size (1-1/8") that way there is no slop for the draw stud so you don't have to waste time lining it up. Just make sure you lay your holes out right :)
I also have the HF punch that I picked up one day when the seal on my Greenlee tool a ****. I never...
Google "Madison hangers" and a pic will show up. I don't see why they wouldn't work on a plastic box. I would replace the box but if you don want to do that maybe You can drill and tap the stripped screw holes to 8-32 screws if theres enough meat around the hole or fill the screw holes and drill...
Thanks, That's exactly what im looking for, I was leaning towards the CP and almost pulled the trigger on one tonight but i thought id throw it out there to get some other opinions.
Anyone else have an opinion CP, Astro or Aircat?
I'm looking for a new lightweight compact 3/8" pneumatic impact gun, not looking for battery powered.
The 2 that have caught my eye so far are the CP 7731
and the aircat 1075, does anyone have any experience or input on these 2 or any similar guns?
Thanks in advance
Are you trying to wire it for 120v or 240v? It sounds like you have a split phase motor, if so 1,2 & 3,4 would be your running winding and the other 2 wires (usually 1 red & 1 black) are the starting windings.

They'll keep the back of the pipe 1/2" off the stud and perfectly in line with the first knockout.

I'd like to keep it under $500 for the new pump, that's why I was eyeballing the Eaton.
Anymore than that I'm gonna have to start thinking about a new compressor. I do have my old Craftsman oil-less unit that I've had since 1994.and is still running strong. A little loud but it still runs...
Thanks for the reply. Those are a little too pricey, I looked at the Saylor 705 and it was around $1,100. I don't know if it makes sense to put an $1,100 pump on a 50 yr old tank.
Any recommendations for a replacement compressor pump? Pump is bad and parts aren't available. Tank is 80 gallons and the motor is 5hp 1725 rpm. I was looking at Eatons website at these
