no insulation no finish on walls,maybe some shelves, bench, board to put tools on, ive got temporary electricity, soon to be permenant and ill run water from my well soon and catch it off the roof as well. O yea its got windows i just havent cut them out yet..

finished product - all done in 26 gauge R Panel. will finish the door at a later point (about to get HOT here in Texas.) all in all including the carport cost,concrete,screws,wood,etc , im into this thing about right about $2000 not too bad for on the cheap..

Here is my shop/ garage story. On the cheap..I had bought one of those cheapo 695 carports when i first purchased my 11 acres to make a dog kennel , well 4 years later i got the great idea to take that same carport and take it apart,, i used the tin from the carport to make another lean to , off...

i cant seem to do anything without hurting myself, ive got a pulled tendon or ligament in my bicept that kills after two long and a sprained wrist and ankle..:mad: probably because im doing it myself.. what say you guys?

wow crazy photo, dont really want heat, thats why i built a shop in the first place!, maybe ill just put a few pieces in my eve area, i do have 4 windows in the closed end , probably dont need the plastic panels anyway... ..

That is also a concern, here in south texas it can get in triple digits for months at time, what about the tinted panels?

i bought one of those cheap 20x20 sheds for $695 , they deliver and told them to just leave materials, bought some 2x2 and extended the height and roof angles to where i wanted and welded them up, (metal cost about 100) , built the forms my self and had a concrete truck come and finished it with...

im thinking of installing a corrugated tin roof on my shop and using some of those corrugated panels that are either clear or tinted in a couple of places to let in sunlight, anyone use these? how do they hold up? do they leak or break? thanks.
