Thanks, is that a breathable water based acrylic sealer? i cant tell from the tech sheet on the legacy site.

My parents (70s) have an enclosed garage, bare concrete, with vapor emission 3.6lbs per 1000 sq ft (south florida tested in winter/dry season). I want to color the floor and add some rugs for them to use as a comfortable office/storage/living space. it had same musty carpet over it for 40 years...
