I cut up the thick cardboard that surrounded my boxes for liners. it has held up very well and I've only had to replace a few. you can always find it and most often it's free. go to an appliance dealer and they will give you thick board that came from refrigerators, washers, etc.

now that's a drill. I would be tempted to give this to buddies for drywall/ deck jobs. it'll make a man out of you in a hurry.
