    Thanks guys for the input. I used an excellent Amish crew for my frame and steel. Great job. But these guys are limited to where they go, as most Amish builders.

    Another thought is hand held deburring tool. I have used them from either side of a hole. You can get all different types of tips. Tips are cheap. You just insert it then give it a couple turns and done. Can be used on any size hole.
