If rims & tires are junk.... why not use a sawzall to cut the tire.... I know a guy that did that with all of his alloy rims so he could scrap the rims (sad thing... he's in CA so the finish was near amazing compared to the pitting that we get here in the midwest)

Hello, I'm a college student and love picking up tools at yard sales/thrift stores/pawn shops....ect... and often pick up craftsmen screwdrivers for under a buck a piece. My question is when did Craftsmen go to steel from China (with weaker tips) from USA steel?
