A.I. says 1947 according to data plate

Wards Lakeside 7" grinder. Runs fine just have to clean up. Missing right side tool rest and safety glass. Anyone have a rest in their stash of goodies? Guessing 1940's or 50's as tag is 110 volt.

While cleaning up this vise the threaded rod hold down clamp has a patent date of Nov 26 1867 and is broken I'm sure that is not the date of manufacturing. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know if hold down bolt is threaded into base or is it cast and cannot be removed? Thanks for help with this. Bill
