This should clean up nice. Any one know who made it. Does have a few holes drilled in table but not a issue for me to use

I think this was made by Universal Vise and Tool Co. Have it mostly torn apart but cannot see how studs that tighten to hold swivel.part.out. There is a stud on each side. Will try double nut if I do not receive any help. Has any one here disassemble one of these? If so could use a little guidance. Thanks Bill
