I'd say Tacons like everyone else. I've also used epoxy with studs made from all-thread into old cinder block wall and it held up great. You have to use quality epoxy, some of the box store stuff is not good.

I'm working on a 2 post lift cylinder. It came off a Forward lift and the cylinder retracts when it lifts, so It is a single acting cylinder. Question is about the wiper seal on the gland cap and what direction does it go? The rod seal (if thats right term) has a c-shape and the open end...
