I would frame it with 2X4's and then continue the drywall. You will have a nice storage space that will only be seen from the inside of your garage :)

Did it have a texture to it by any chance? Like dimples or diamond plate pattern. If so, I know exactly what you are talking about as I almost did my garage with that flooring. It ain't cheap but looks great. I had to give up on the idea due to budget but one day I just might get it. Let me see...

I don't know about this particular brand, but I have used marine carpet with great success. It's not that bad to glue down and the price is not much more than regular carpet. Just a thought..

Hi Jeff. The last one you have pictured looks like a winner. I have a similar one for my wrenches and it works a treat. The good part about it is that you have a handle that makes it convenient to take with you places

Hello- I am looking to sell my two piece Huot box. I got it from the original owner (now a retired mechanic) and it really does not fit where I was hoping to put it. I was looking to get $500 or best offer. It's in good shape for its age (mid/late 1960s). Has wear and tear but everything works...
