I like things to be correct and work how they are supposed to. I know how to measure for struts. But I don't know if the struts are correctvif I don't know how far the lid supposed to open. That's why I would like somebody with the same box to measure the opening with the lid open.

With the current struts installed the opening is about 14 1/2 inches. Is that correct?

I don't believe the struts hold the lid open all of the way.

Does anyone out there have the Mac fine tooth spearhead 3/4 drive ratchet and can provide feedback/review? It looks it would very useful with the tight arc. Looking around it seems like it is a rebranded Facom ratchet. I'm a DIY guy and not worried about warranty.

I am working with the original owner of my KR1000 to get new slides from Snap-On. The slides have been on backorder since January and still haven't shipped. They blame it on COVID,of course
