    Transporting a 1917 South Bend 15" Lathe

    Rent a U-Hall pick up or van to pull the trailer. It would be cheaper.

    Steering wheel lock

    I use a bungee cord. I go through the lower part of the steering wheel and hook it to the break petal it doesn't need to be tight this will keep the clock spring from breaking and give you a little room to reconnect the gear to shaft. Scott
