Vertical wood boards for utility trailer bed

I picked up a used 3.5' x 6' utility trailer and want to build a 26" tall wood box for it. I'm planning to use tongue and groove redwood fence panels and have the grain of the boards run vertically. I chose these boards because I have a huge pile of oddly sized boards that I can trim to fit this...

    Fastening pergola rafter question

I might seriously consider this. They cost a lot more but the time savings would be immense, thanks. No end grain screwing going on here. My initial thought was to use 2x8s but I ended up going this route as its a close copy to my friends and which has been standing in good shape for quite a...

    Drill bit advise needed

The toughest thing I think I would be drilling is cast iron or stainless steel car parts. I have given myself a...

WTB: Storage Shed - San Diego county

I'm looking to get a storage shed at my house in Chula Vista, Ca. Anyone here feel like building it? I want a 10x12 or maybe slightly bigger. There are some vendors on CL and of course TuffShed but I'd be down to see what a board member has to offer. These are just pictures for reference of...

    Irwin pipe wrenches

I love mine. A slimmer profile than most pipe wrenches and does everything I've asked it to do such as general restaurant and household plumbing etc. I prefer it over a standard style for the vast majority of jobs.
