I have a Daikin 18,000 btus in my garage, works very well here in Nova Scotia. At -27c it is a bit slow, but will keep my shop at 50 f at night. Heat comming out at -27c outside is about 75 f, when sun comes up it puts heat out at 90- 100f during day. Putting one in my house next it works so...

Is there any thing I can put in the crack to fill it up like epoxy to keep water out, mine just started to crack in 2 places, lots or rebar in it and insulation, so it cant get in it from bottem and I dont put water on floor, but could spill something in it. Wayne

First thing I would do is make my cement pad about 6 in longer than they say, my building grew about 4 1/2 in and I had to add 2x6 pressure treated lumber to one end for the overhang. Put the steel channel down as you need it, so if your building grows you can keep up to it and not have to drill...

I just put one up similar to yours. I bolted 2x4 to inside of steel, 3 runs, then put 5/8 plywood 7 ft high all the way around the inside. I put my own ends in, looks better than steel. I also used the channel for the base. I can give you more info on how to put it up easier then they say...
