I figure. Now that the power is on, we should discuss this here, before I pull the trigger on anything. I probably wouldn't be replacing stuff except 70% of the lights and their wiring is currently removed for the previous repairs. So...now is the time.

I'll admit that the nights that we passed inspection and thr night after with the power officially on, was the first night's I have slept more than 4 or 5 hours since this project began.
Yes. The entire ceiling still needs touch up. I'm waiting for the light fixtures to be wired, before tackling the touch up. I definitely won't be leaving the black screw heads. It bothers me.
