I found myself in this exact same situation over the summer. Have you had a chance to look at those boxes in person? We have a 56 HF box at work and it’s a pretty decent tool box for the money. 1 vote for copper/gold. A good friend of mine ordered a high end Baer Brake kit this color and I was very prepared for it to be ugly but it was awesome. I really noticed how well it flowed with and helped acsent the other colors.

In our last old house I marked out a square with duct tape. When the left rear is in the tape shut er down!

I have the 26 inch middle and top box givin to me when I was young and it got to the point it was bursting at the seams. When we moved we gained so much shop space I was able to get a 56 inch craftsman top and bottom to add to my storage. I shopped all the big brands and watched for used boxes...

Not sure where your located but if your near a small municipality or utility district it may be worth contacting them. We have scored several that way locally for recessed patio fire pits.

What about installing a shallow French drain along the perimeter? Either leave it covered with drainrock or cover it with some sand and grass seed to reduce more erosion. Your drains could go to an underground wet well or day light using the grade of the area. From your pictures it looks like...

That’s a good deal. In our area a standard 18x24 storm drain frame and grate averages right around 150 dollars depending on the price of metal. Solid manholes are more.

Finished up getting the new compressor in and broken in. Need to do a little plumbing now and it will be in business.
