I don't think it is covered under warranty since I am not the original buyer. As far as I can tell there are no part numbers on the slides.

What time does it display when you put batteries in? Can you just wait till that time and put the battery in?

All the drawers are there. I had to take them out to see how bad the slides were.

Ok thank you I got them all out. Some of the slides are stuck with old grease that has turned to chunks. Some of the slides ball bearings have fallen out. Can these be fixed or will I need new slides?
