Hit a couple estate sales this morning, but only picked up these from one sale. The cabinet was mounted on the wall of a small shed. The sign is painted wood and was just laying in the same shed with no price on it. Ended up giving $25 to get both.

Just picked this up for $50. Both boxes are dated Dec. '75 and it came with all 4 Crown-top logo keys. I'd been looking for this exact set for a while. I plan on fixing them up as a present for my dad.
