I love the Leverlock style. I don't remember looking for any specific features in a tape measure 35 years ago, but bought one, got used to it, and loved it. I've worn out a couple of them. I find the ones with the thumb lock difficult to use, maybe just because I'm not used to them.

Mine isn't in as nice a shape as those. But a spinner and an extension and I'm done, thanks to the list.

Well that sure seems like it could be.....and I don't see that set in that catalog, just like the other catalogs from that era. Guess it was popular without being in there.
